Weekend Classes
Our weekend workshops are designed for anybody interested in learning traditional stained glass techniques. The small class size, friendly teaching environment and time scale will allow a complete beginner to produce a simple panel over the two days, and to leave the course with enough experience to carry on stained glass as a hobby.
Restoration Classes
This 2-day course is designed to provide an introduction to repairing and restoring traditional leaded stained glass windows. and covers every stage in the repair process.
The workshop is suitable for both complete beginners and those with some previous stained glass knowledge. Each participant will be supplied with a small antique stained glass panel, which they will dismantle, repair and reconstruct over the course of the weekend.
One Day Classes
Our one day classes offer the perfect introduction to stained glass - students will learn the basics of designing, cutting, leading and soldering, and leave with a small panel.
For more experienced participants, a one day class may allow the completion of long-standing projects, or time to devise and begin new projects, or learn new techniques.
We now also offer more specialist short courses in basic stained glass paintin, if you want to take your stained glass to the next level.
Private Classes
We also offer individuals and small groups the chance to learn stained glass, either as a single class or as a series of lessons over a period of time.
Because of the flexibility of teaching this way, we can offer specialist classes in glass painting, gilding, restoration and structural reinforcement.
