Michael Zappert wins Aberdeenshire Design Award
Congratulations to Michael Zappert (Michael Zappert Leaded Lights) after he was awarded a Distinction in the Craftsmanship and Conservation categories at last night's Aberdeenshire Design Awards. The awards were for his restoration work on the Dinnie Window in the Huntly Arms Hotel, Aboyne, a large window featuring legendary Aberdeenshire strongman Donald Dinnie in a highland games scene flanked by two heraldic panels.
