Traditional Vestibule, Aberdeen
This set of four traditional quarried lights was installed in a lovely Aberdeen terraced house last year. We designed and made these windows to fit when the original wooden surrounds were replaced with a new frame by Aberdeen-based cabinet makers Scullion & Bruce.
The upper arches were templated using MDF. Detailed measurements were taken of the frame to ensure that the leadlines ran across from the sidelight to the door, despite the different sizes and proportions.
